So much shrimp – so little time

It must be something to do with summer and I seem to be on a shrimp roll, pardon the pun. This recipe is from one of my favorite go to chefs Akis Petretzikis who creates some great dishes on his youtube channel. His website is akisptretzikis.com. This spicy shrimp dish is ready for the table in about 15 minutes, even faster if your shrimp are already peeled ...

Hot and Sour Soup

Salmon with beetroot, feta & lime salsa

Ideal for a quick and easy midweek meal, this salmon dish with just four ingredients including beetroot and feta cheese cubes is on the table in about 20 minutes
